How does your product work?

Once applied, our treatment creates an invisible threaded design on your floor. This provides the grip and suction cup effect when you step on a treated wet surface.

How long does it take to apply the non-slip treatment?

Once applied, it takes about 45 mins to 1 hour for a typical HDB toilet. For a kitchen of about 100sqft or less, it also takes about 1 hour.

How many layers will you apply?

Our product is a treatment and not a coating. As such, there are no layers.

Will your product damage the tiles and cause staining?

No, it will not damage your tiles. We have been trained to apply the treatment professionally. Staining occurs only if you over-treat it.

How long can the non-slip treatment last?

On average, our treatment can last between 2 to 4 years or longer with proper maintenance. Professional advice would be provided on post-treatment maintenance.

How long do I need to wait after the non-slip application before I can use the area again?

You can use it immediately after the job is done.

Can the floor be scrubbed and cleaned with a typical household floor cleaner after treatment? Any particular brands to use?

Yes! In fact, we encourage our customers to keep their tiles clean through regular cleaning/brushing as this will make the nonslip last longer. You may use any brand as long as it is not too harsh and should only be meant for floor use. We find that some households like to use laundry detergent/powder for the floor. This would only make the floor more slippery.

What preparation work would I need to do before the non-slip treatment?

Please keep the floor clean and dry before the treatment. Also remove all movable items from the floor.

Can we buy your product and apply it ourselves?

Our product is not a DIY item. Unfortunately, we cannot sell our product as you need to be trained to use it.

Is there a warranty period?

Yes, we provide a warranty period of one year with a certificate.
